Contacts

The Contacts screen gives you a dedicated view to manage and navigate all your contacts inside Routine. It completes a core part of the productivity system by providing a clear overview of the people you interact with, alongside tasks, notes, and calendars.

🤔 What Contacts do

• Displays a centralized list of all your contacts

• Allows quick searching and navigation

• Lets you open any contact to view their profile and related notes

• Provides a clear overview of how many contacts you have

This makes it easier to work with people directly inside your daily workflow.

📞 How it works

When you open the Contacts screen on the sidebar, you will see:

• A searchable list of all your contacts

• The total number of contacts in your workspace

• Individual contact entries that you can click to open

Opening a contact allows you to:

• View the person’s profile

• Add notes related to that person

• Use contacts as part of your broader task and note workflows
