Callout blocks allow you to visually highlight important information inside your notes. They help structure documents, draw attention to key ideas, and make shared content easier to read, especially as collaboration features expand.

Callout blocks let you:
Emphasize important information inside notes
Visually separate key ideas from regular text
Improve readability and scannability of documents
They are designed to work seamlessly with Routineโs note editor.
โ Available callout types
Routine currently offers three callout presets:
Info: used for general information or explanations.
Displayed with an emoji icon and a blue background.
Idea: used to highlight thoughts, suggestions, or inspiration.
Displayed with a lightbulb emoji and a yellow background.
Alert: used for warnings or critical information.
Displayed with an alert emoji and a red background.
These presets are intended to cover most common use cases.
