Connect your Attio workspace to Routine to bring your CRM tasks into your daily workflow and use Attio data across supported Routine features.

Connect your Attio account

  1. Open Routine.

  2. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  3. Select Attio.

  4. Click Connect Attio.

  5. Choose how you want to connect your account:

    • OAuth 2.0 — sign in to Attio, select your workspace, and authorize Routine.

    • API Key — enter an Attio API key if you prefer to connect manually.

  6. Once your account is connected, select Set up integration to configure task sync.

Sync Attio tasks with Routine

Routine can sync Attio tasks into your Routine workspace.

During setup, choose the Attio tasks you want to sync. Once the sync is enabled, Attio tasks automatically appear in your Routine Inbox, where you can manage them alongside the rest of your work.

Supported task information includes details such as task names, deadlines, completion status, linked records, and assignees when available.

Changes to supported task fields can also be synchronized back to Attio.

Use Attio with Routine AI

Attio can also be added as context to Routine's AI features.

When Attio is available as context, Routine can use supported Attio data and actions to help you work with your CRM directly from the Assistant. Depending on the available data and permissions, this can include:

  • Searching and viewing people, companies, and deals.

  • Creating or updating supported CRM records.

  • Creating and updating Attio tasks.

  • Creating notes associated with people, companies, or deals.

For example, you can ask Routine to create an Attio task directly from an AI conversation.

Using Attio data as context for Routine AI features requires a Routine Pro plan. Basic Attio task synchronization does not require Pro.

Data access and synchronization

The Attio integration only uses the permissions granted when you connect your workspace.

Routine may read Attio data required for the features you use and may write data back to Attio when you explicitly perform supported actions, such as creating or updating a task or another supported CRM record.

Task synchronization is bidirectional for supported task fields: Attio tasks can appear in Routine, and supported changes made through Routine can be sent back to Attio.

Disconnect Attio

To disconnect your Attio account:

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Attio in Routine.

  2. Find the connected Attio account.

  3. Open the ••• menu for the account.

  4. Choose the option to disconnect or remove the connection.

Once disconnected, Routine will no longer synchronize new data through that Attio connection.
